1) Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of this ez4ielts instance ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
The Service is currently in invite-only beta. Self-serve purchase and billing are not publicly open at this stage. During beta, we may reset or delete data for testing and reliability.
2) Information we collect
- Account data: email, name, and account identifiers.
- Practice data: attempts, answers, scores, feedback, and content you create inside the app.
- Technical data: basic logs needed for security and reliability (for example timestamps, request identifiers, and error diagnostics).
- Payment data: self-serve purchase is not publicly open at this stage. If payment is later enabled, payment details are processed by the relevant payment provider rather than stored directly by the app.

3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Improve learning experiences and fix bugs.
- Optimize and improve intelligent scoring and feedback systems.
- Develop and provide related products and services.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect security.
- Comply with legal obligations.

Practice data you submit (such as answers, essays, speech recordings, feedback, interaction patterns, usage behavior, etc.) may be used in the following ways to improve our services:
- Training, evaluating, and improving all types of AI and machine learning models, including but not limited to: scoring models, feedback generation models, text generation models, speech recognition models, natural language understanding models, recommendation models, adaptive learning models, content generation models, and other intelligent systems;
- Applying such models to product development, service improvement, development of commercial products and services, research collaboration, and licensing or providing technical capabilities to third parties;
- Anonymized and de-identified data may be used for any purpose related to the operator's and its partners' products, services, or business activities, without time limitation;
- Anonymized data may be used to train models that power other products or services;
- Before being used for training, data undergoes anonymization to remove personally identifiable information.
Please note:
- You will not receive additional compensation for contributing practice data;
- The operator has the right to permanently retain and use de-identified data without identifying individual users, for any purpose related to the service;
- You may stop future data collection by deleting your account, but de-identified data already incorporated into training datasets will not be affected;
- If you have questions about how your data is used, you may contact the administrator of your ez4ielts instance for more details.
4) AI providers (optional)
Some features may send the text you submit (and limited related context) to third-party AI providers to generate results (for example, explanations or suggested definitions). Do not submit sensitive personal information.
This deployment may use AI providers such as OpenAI or VectorEngine (if enabled). See Third-party sharing/SDK directory for a baseline list.
5) Sharing
We may share information with service providers necessary to run the Service (for example hosting, database, caching, email, and monitoring). We do not sell your personal information.
6) Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes such as security and backup. Retention may vary by deployment. During beta, we may delete or reset data.
7) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your choices
You may delete your account using the in-app "Delete account" flow (if available) or by contacting the administrator of your ez4ielts instance at support@ez4ielts.com. If you are a member of a shared workspace, self-delete may be unavailable and you may need the admin to remove you first. If the Service is self-hosted, the administrator controls where data is stored and how deletion is handled.
9) Minors
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and above. If you are under 14, do not use the Service.
10) Governing law and disputes
This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved amicably; if unresolved, either party may bring proceedings before a competent court at the operator's location.

详细了解数据在服务改进中的用途
你提交的练习数据（如答案、作文、口语录音、反馈、交互行为、使用模式等）可能以下列方式用于服务改进：
- 训练、评估和改进所有类型的 AI 与机器学习模型，包括但不限于：评分模型、反馈生成模型、文本生成模型、语音识别模型、自然语言理解模型、推荐模型、自适应学习模型、内容生成模型及其他相关智能系统；
- 将上述模型用于产品研发、服务改进、商业化产品与服务的开发、科研合作、以及向第三方授权或提供技术能力；
- 经匿名化和脱敏处理后的数据可用于运营者及其合作伙伴的任何与服务相关的产品、服务或商业活动，且不受时间限制；
- 经匿名化处理的数据可能被用于训练支撑其他产品或服务的模型；
- 数据在用于训练前会进行匿名化处理，移除个人身份信息。
请注意：
- 你不会因贡献练习数据而获得额外报酬或补偿；
- 运营者有权在不识别用户个人身份的前提下永久保留和使用已脱敏的数据，并用于任何与服务相关的目的；
- 你可以通过删除账号来停止未来的数据收集，但已脱敏并纳入训练数据集的内容不受影响；
- 如你对数据使用有疑问，可联系本实例管理员/运营者了解详情。
4）AI 服务（如适用）
部分功能可能将你提交的文本（以及完成任务所必需的少量上下文）发送给第三方 AI 服务提供商，用于生成结果（如解释、建议或词条草稿）。请勿提交敏感个人信息。
本实例可能使用 OpenAI、VectorEngine 等第三方 AI 服务（如启用）。另见 第三方共享/SDK 目录。
5）共享与委托处理
我们可能向为运行服务所必需的服务提供商共享信息（例如托管、数据库、缓存、邮件与监控服务）。我们不会出售你的个人信息。
6）存储与保留
我们会在实现服务目的所必需的期限内保存信息，并可能为安全与备份等正当目的保留更长时间。具体保留期限可能因部署而异。
在内测期间，我们可能出于测试与稳定性目的重置或删除数据。
7）安全
我们采取合理的安全措施保护信息，但任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。
8）你的权利与选择
你可通过应用内“删除账号”功能（如可用）或联系本实例管理员/运营者，行使访问、更正、删除、撤回同意等权利（以适用法律为准）。如你属于共享工作区成员，可能需要管理员先将你移除后才能自助注销。如服务为自托管部署，管理员控制数据存储位置与删除处理方式。

10）政策变更
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。若变更构成重大更新，我们可能要求你在继续使用服务前重新确认同意更新后的政策。
11）法律适用与争议解决
本政策之订立、生效、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律（以冲突法为准）。因隐私相关问题产生的争议，你与运营者应友好协商解决；协商不成时，任何一方均可向运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
