Operator / 运营者: the operator of this neurjin instance
1) Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of this neurjin instance ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
The Service may be invite-only (friends beta) and is currently provided free of charge. During beta, we may reset or delete data for testing and reliability.
2) Information we collect
- Account data: email, name, and account identifiers.
- Practice data: attempts, answers, scores, feedback, and content you create inside the app.
- Technical data: basic logs needed for security and reliability (for example timestamps, request identifiers, and error diagnostics).
- No payment data (friends beta): we do not collect credit card or payment information at this stage.

3) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Improve learning experiences and fix bugs.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect security.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4) AI providers (optional)
Some features may send the text you submit (and limited related context) to third-party AI providers to generate results (for example, explanations or suggested definitions). Do not submit sensitive personal information.
This deployment may use AI providers such as OpenAI or VectorEngine (if enabled). See Third-party sharing/SDK directory for a baseline list.
5) Sharing
We may share information with service providers necessary to run the Service (for example hosting, database, caching, email, and monitoring). We do not sell your personal information.
6) Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes such as security and backup. Retention may vary by deployment. During beta, we may delete or reset data.
7) Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your choices
You may delete your account using the in-app "Delete account" flow (if available) or by contacting the administrator of your neurjin instance. If you are a member of a shared workspace, self-delete may be unavailable and you may need the admin to remove you first. If the Service is self-hosted, the administrator controls where data is stored and how deletion is handled.
9) Minors
The Service is intended for users aged 14 and above. If you are under 14, do not use the Service.

5）共享与委托处理

8）你的权利与选择
你可通过应用内“删除账号”功能（如可用）或联系本实例管理员/运营者，行使访问、更正、删除、撤回同意等权利（以适用法律为准）。如你属于共享工作区成员，可能需要管理员先将你移除后才能自助注销。如服务为自托管部署，管理员控制数据存储位置与删除处理方式。
9）未成年人
本服务面向年满 14 周岁及以上用户。未满 14 周岁请勿使用。
10）政策变更
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策。若变更构成重大更新，我们可能要求你在继续使用服务前重新确认同意更新后的政策。
